BE IT RESOLVED WHENCE:
The Military Personnel from the City and County of Brookings
along with Military Personnel from throughout the State of South
Dakota are serving in OPERATION DESERT STORM.
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE KNOWN the City Commission of Brookings,
South Dakota does support our troops serving in the Middle East and
pray for their safety and a quick return to their families and those
who love them.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of January, 1991.
