RESOLUTION NO. 4-91
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has health and life insurance
coverage available for all full time employees and
WHEREAS, insurance coverage and medical care cost increase and
change annually and
WHEREAS, there is a need to monitor these increases and changes
in order to develop cost containment for further years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission of the
City of Brookings does hereby establish an Insurance Committee
consisting of nine (9) members.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that four (4) members be appointed from
the Brookings Municipal Utilities and four (4) from Brookings City
General Government, the ninth member at large, terms to be determined
by the committee by-laws.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning appointments be:
Brookings Municipal Utilities
Craig Osvog
Becky Peterson
Rick Swoboda
Duane Kruse
Brookings City General Government
Allyn Frerichs
Ray Froehlich
Beverly Ross
Mark Stratton
At Large
Don Halstead
