REVISIHG THE APPORTIOHING AND ASSIGNIHG SPECIAL DUTIES
FOR THE MAYOR AHD CITY COMMISSIOHERS
BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Commiesioners of the City of
Hrookings:
That Donald Halstead, in addition to the duties provided by laa
as Public Works Commissioner, shall have under his special charge and
supervision, the Ex-officio member of the Hospital Board and a member
of the Health Insurance Committee and a voting member at the East
Central Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Board and all matters
pertaining thereto.
That Mike Oster, in addition to the duties provided by 1aM ae
Public Safety Commissioner, shall have under his special charge and
supervision the City Emergency and Disaster Services, Ex-officio
member of the Traffic Safety Committee, liaison to the Human Rights
Committee and all matters pertaining thereto.
That Betty Prunty, in addition to the duties provided by 1aM as
Finance and Revenue Commissioner, shall have under her specisl charge
and supervision the Ex-officio member of the Park and Recreation
Board, lisison to the Board of Ad�ustment, Library Board and the Joint
Municipal-County Housing and Redevelopment Commission and all matters
pertaining thereto.
That Debbie Pederson, in addition to the duties provided by laM
as Utilities Commissioner, shall have under her special charge and
supervision the City Engineering Department, Health Department, Solid
Waste Department, Sanitary Landfill, act as s liaison to the Board of
Health, City Planning Commission, Solid Waste Committee and Utility
Board, Ex-officio member of the City Airport Board and all matters
pertaining thereto.
That Mayor Orrin Juel, in addition to the duties provided by law
shall have under his special charge and supervision the Municipal
Liquor Store, Ex-officio member of the Economic Development Center
Board and the Senior Citizen Center Hutrition Site Council as a voting
member, lisison to the Mayor's Advisory Committee for People aith
Disabilities, Historic Preservation Commission, Cable TV Review Hoard
and all matters pertaining thereto.
Passed and approved this 7th day of January, 1992.
