BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Virgil J. and Hancy L. Ahlers, husband and wife, owners
of the hereinafter described real property have submitted to the
governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate
situated in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings in the State of
South Dakota to wit: the SUBDIVISIOH PLAT OF OUTLOT F in the
Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (Sec. 22),
Township One Hundred Ten Horth (T 110 N), Range Fifty West (R 50 W) of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Brookings, Brookings County,
South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having
examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes
and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been
executed according to law.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plat and survey are
hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this llth day of February, 1992.
