AMEHDIHG PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS a comprehensive personnel policy governing the
organizational and operational affairs of the City of Brookings
employees has been adopted by the Brookings City Commission.
WHEREAS the Commission finds that amendments to certain policies
as set forth in said statement should be made.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Brookings City Commission
that the personnel policy be amended as follows:
Article VII Wage and Salary Administration
B. General Wage Policies/Grade Changes
e. Except in cases of departmental reorganizations, all
requests for position reviews will be submitted with
department budget requests.
