AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMEHT FOR THE COHSTRUCTIOH AHD
MAINTEMAHCE OF A ROAD TO THE PERMITTED SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission of the City of Brookinge to
hereby authorize the Mayor to sign said agreement betaeen Brookings
County, South Dakota and the City of Brookings, South Dakota,
pertaining to the road leading to the new landfill site.
Passed and approved this 24th day of March, 1992.
