WHEREAS, A petition to vacate has been filed with the City
Finance Office of the City of Brookinge, and
WHEREAS, The petition was filed in proper form and signed by one
hundred peraent of the adjacent property owners.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY The Board of City Commissioners
of the City of Brookings:
That the thirty (30) foot wide street right-of-way commencing at
the west boundary of Lot 8 and extending east 270' to the east
boundary of Lot 8, Southbrook Addition to the City of Brookings, South
Dakota, shall be and the same is hereby vacated and closed.
Passed and approved this 10th day of March, 1992. �
