SITE PLAH FOR K-MART
WHEREAS, Edward Telkamp and Craig Gasser of Wayne Gasser and
Associates, owner of the hereinafter described real property, has
submitted to the governing board an I-1R eite plan of the following
described real estate situated in the City of Brookings in the State
of South Dakota to wit: Block 13, Telkamp Addition to the City of
Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed I-iR eite plan
and the following variance being granted: receiving dock/compactor
pad allowed along Twenty-fifth Avenue side of building and sixty seven
(67) trees required for K-Mart and Tract C. Tract A & B will need ten
( 10) trees per acre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said I-1R site plan is hereby
in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 10th day of March, 1992.
