DECLARIHG CITY PROPERTY SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has s surplus boat that is no
longer necessary or useful for City purposes, and it is the desire of
the City to dispose of same as surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the surplus boat is
appraised at a value of less than Five Hundred Dollars by the City
Commission.
FURTHER HE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the property
be donated to a non-profit organization.
Passed and approved this 7th day of April, 1992.
