RESOLUTIOH N0. 29-92
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of April, 1992, there was held in the
City of Brookings, South Dakota, an election for the purpose of
electing two Commissioners for a term of three years each, and
WHEREAS, the judges and clerks of said election have returned to
the City Commission of the City of Brookings the official results for
the purpose of the official canvass; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners on A ril 21 1992 has can-

vassed the results for the purpose of determining who are the elected
officials;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By the City Commission of
the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the official vote at the
annual City Election held April 14, 1992 was as follovrs:
Samuel D. Donald L. Dan Betty

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Samuel D. Artz and Betty Prunty are
hereby elected as City Commissioners of the City of Brookings for a
term of three years, and that the City Finance Officer is hereby
directed to issue a certificate of election to Samuel D. Artz and
Betty Prunty as the duly elected Commissioners.
Paeaed and approved this 21st day of April, 1992.
