RESOLUTION N0. 35-92
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota
WHEREAS, Farmers Coop Elevator, Buyer of the hereinafter
described real property has submitted to the governing board s
proposed plat of the following described real estate situated in the
City of Brookings, County of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to
wit: Lot 4B, Railroad Addition in the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, South Dakota and the Board of City Commissioners of said
City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon Baid plat and
survey, have been executed according to law.
ROW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said survey be and are hereby
in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 12th day of May, 1992.
