FINAL SITE PLAH FOR LOT WEST OF PAMIDA
WHEREAS, the owners of the ,hereinafter described real property,
has submitted to the governing board a District B-5 Planned Commercial
Site plan of the following described real estate situated in the City
of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: South 135' of the
Horth 176' and the Rorth 115' of the South 169' of Lote lA, Mayland
First Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South
Dakota, and the Board of City Commiesionere of said City having
examined the proposed B-5 Planned Commercial District eite plan is
hereby approved as presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said B-5 Planned Commercial
District final site plan is hereby accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 12th day of May, l 992.
