DECLARIHG SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is the owner of the follo�ing
described property:
1979 International Truck Chassis, 1900 446 CI, Trrin Screa, Serisl
�AF192JCA13098
WHEREAS, this property is no longer necessary or useful for City
purposes, and it is the desire of the City of Brookings to sell same
as surplus property;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surpl�s
property according to SDCL Chapter 6-13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following named persons are
hereby appointed as appraisers of the hereinbefore described property,
said persons being freeholders within the Municipality to wit:
Martin Bosch ,
Dave Bozied
Donald Halstead
Passed and approved this 26th day of May, 1992.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
The City of Brookings will be taking sealed bids for the
following equipment:

Bids may not be less than ninety percent (90%) of the appraised
value of 53, 583. 00. Sealed bids will be received at the City Finance
Office, 311 Third Avenue, on Tuesday, June 16, 1992 at 10:00 a.u�. For
