BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Ivan S. Palmer and Susan W. Hardin Palmer, Owners of the
hereinafter described real property, have submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the following described real estate situated
in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings in the State of South
Dakota to wit: EARLEY ADDITIOH, in the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, South Dakota along with the vacation of the previous plat
known as Outlot A in the HE 1/4 of Section 36, T110N R50W, and the
Board of City Commissioners of eaid City having examined the proposed
plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special
assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed
according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
