RESOLUTIOH H0. 51-92
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Harold J. Schoepf, Anica L. Schoepf, Bruce D. Kohler,
Nathelle M. DeHaan, Brad Svennes and Judy Svennes, owners of lots of
the hereinafter described real property, has submitted to the
governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate
situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to Wit:
Plots A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H of the Horth 140' of Lot 1 all in
Sexauer Addition to the City of Brookinge, Brookings County, South
Dakota, and the Board of Commissioners of said City having examined
the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and
specisl assessments, if any, upon said plat and eurvey, have been
executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and a roved this 9th da of June, 1992.
