RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIHG CHAHGE ORDER NO. 3
FOR MUHICIPAL AIRPORT PROJECT A. I. P. 3-46-0005-08
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission that the follorring change
order be allowed for the Inetrument Landing System Pro�ect No.
3-46-0005-08. This change order is to remove runway painting and one
year of equipment maintenance from the contract. These items vrill be
done by others.

Approval of this Change Order is contingent upon concurrence by

3. Settlement for the cost of the above change is to be made as follows:
Change 1 - Decrease ia Contract value by $26,400.00
Change 2 - Decrease in Contract value by $ 5,000.00
4. This Change Order has no impact on the contract time.
