BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Orchard Drive East Townhouses Home Owner's Association,
John J. Ball, Dorean L. Ball, Ruth A. Bortnem, Ralph E. Bortnem, Jean
W. Mehegan and Arlene M. Mehegan, owners of the common area and
individual plots of the hereinafter described real property, has
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the folloMing
described real estate situated in the City of Brookings in the State
of South Dakota, to wit: Plots A, B, C and D, in Lots 24 and the East
53 feet of Lot 23 in Block 12 of East Medary Addition to the City of
Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, and the Hoard of City
Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it
appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any,
upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to law.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
