RESOLUTIOH HO. 59-92
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Brookings International Life Insurance Company, owner of
the hereinafter described real property has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the following described real estate eituated
in the County of Brookings, in the State of South Dakota to Mit: Lots
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 5 of Pheasants Hest Addition
to the City of Brookinge, Brookings County, South Dakota, and the
Board of City Commissioners of esid City having examined the proposed
plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special
assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed
according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 14th day of July, 1992.
