APPROVING THE DESIGHATION OF RESPOHSIBLE IHDIVIDUALS FOR AMERICANS
WITH DISABILITIES ACT
The City of Brookings has designated Shari Dunn, Administrative
Assiatant and Theo. C. Kryger, Finance Officer, Box 270, Srookings,
SD, 605-692-6281, as the individuals responsible for coordinating all
Americans with Disabilities Act compliance efforts for the
municipality.
The reaponsibilities of the individuala include:
Conduct and documentation of the Self-Evaluation Plan
Conduct and documentation of the Transition Plant
Handling of all grievances including investigations and
maintenance of records
Publication of notices to the public
Retention of files documenting all efforts tor►ard compliance
with the ADA
Interested parties are invited to contact one of these representatives
with comments and suggestions of City of Brookings efforts of ADA �
compliance.
