ESTABLISHIHG THE GRIEVAHCE PROCEDURES
AS REDUIRED BY ADA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota to-wit:
WHEREAS, the Grievance Procedures set forth in this document
provide administrative rules for use by the Brookings Human Rights
Committee in acting on grievances for the City of Brookings in matters
dealing with discr=mination on the basis of race, color, creed,
religion, sex, disability, ancestry, or national origin. These
administrative procedures have been approved by the Brookings City
Commission for use �or all City of Brookings municipal entities. (As
per attached documents. )
