BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, The State Theatre Company, oMner of the hereinafter
described real property, has submitted to the governing board a
proposed plat of the folloNing deecribed real estate situated in the
City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to rit: Block 1 of D
and D Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South
Dakota, and the Board of City Commissionere of said City having
examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes
and epecial assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been
executed according to lar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 8th day of September, 1992.
