ENGIHEERING AGREEMENT FOR THIRD AVEHUE (Third Street - Sixth Street)
SURVEY AND DESIGR WITH BAHNER AHD ASSOCIATES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves 512, 800 in engineering services to
Banner and Associates, Inc. , for surveying and preparation of the
plans for Third Avenue from Third Street to Sixth Street in Brookings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to sign said
agreement on behalf of the City of Brookings.
This approval is conditional on the concurrence of SDDOT.
