AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER H0. 4 FOR
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT PROJECT AIP 3-46-0005-08
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the folloping change
order be allowed for the Airport Instrument Landing System Pro�ect No.
3-46-0005-08.
Wilcox Electric Inc.
1. Description of change to be made:
Upgrade ILS equipment from MK10 series to MKI series per
direction from FAA.
2. Reason for ordering change:
FAA determined that MKI-ILS is desirable for this pro�ect to
take advantage of parts interchangeability, existing
technician knorledge base, depot supportability, and
compatibility Mith the existing remote maintenance
monitoring net�ork.

Change Order Ho. 4 60, 000
New Contract Price 81, 086, 459
Approval of thia Change Order is contingent upon concurrence by
SDDOT and PAA and upon funds being available from FAA and SDDOT.
