AGREEMENTS WITH THE SDDOT FOR HAZARD ELIMIHATION PROJECTS PH 3313(08)
AHD PH 3360(03)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby suthorize the Mayor to sign the Maintenance Agreements and
Financial Agreements for Hazard Elimination Pro�ects PH 3313(08) and
PH 3360(03) in Brookings, South Dakota. The City will be responsible
for paying 18. 05% of the cost of said pro�ect. The City's share is
estimated to be 519, 855.
