BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookinga, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves the Operating Liquor Management
Agreement betMeen the City of Brookings and Staurolite Inn, Inc. , for
the purpoee of a liquor manager to operate the on-sale establishment
or businese for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at 2515 Sixth
Street also knoMn as the Staurolite Inn.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, Mhich shall be for a period of
five (5) years, and one extension not to exceed five (5) years if such
extension ie approved by the governing body.
Passed and approved this 10th day of November, 1992.
