BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves the Operating Liquor Management
Agreement betaeen the City of Brookinge and Holibrook Inc. , for the
purpose of s liquor manager to operate the on-eale establiehment or
bueiness for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at 2500 Sixth
Street also knoMn as the Holiday Inn.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, Mhich shall be for a period of
five t5) yeare, and one extension not to exceed five (5) years if such
extension is approved by the governing body.
