BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commiesion hereby approves an Operating Liquor Management
Agreement between the City of Brookings and Roger and Verla Carpenter
dba Lantern Lounge, for the purpose of a liquor manager to operate the
on-sale establiehment or business for and on behalf of the City of
Brookings at 303 Third Street also knoMn as the Lantern Lounge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, Nhich shall be for a period of
f ive t 5) yeare.
Passed and approved this 10th day of November, 1992.
