BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves an Operating Liquor Management
Agreement betNeen the City of Brookinge and Prairie Lanes Inc. , for
the purpose of a liquor manager to operate the on-eale establiehment
or bueinese for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at 722 Western
Avenue aleo knoMn as the Prairie Lanes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, vhich shall be for s period of
five (5) yesrs.
Passed and approved this 10th day of November, 1992.
