`� � BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA ��':'�_ •�

�' WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has been granted certain utility
W'� essements in Lots 12 and 13, Wahpeton Village, Indisn Hills Addition
to the City of Brookings by virtue of a Final Plat entitled Plat of
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 end 54 Wahpeton
Village of Indian Hills Addition to the City of Brookings, South
Dakota and filed in Plat Book 18, Page 24 and,
WHEREAS, H and M Land Company, orrner of Lots 12 and 13 Wahpeton
Village, Indian Hills Addition, has petitioned the City of Brookinge
to vacate certain easementa previouely granted,
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City
of Brookings that all easementa shoMn on the above referenced plat in
Lots 12 and 13 Wahpeton Village, Indian Hills Addition be vaaated and,
FURTHERMORE, that a copy of this resolution be filed Mith the
Brookings County Register of Deeds and that said Register of Deeds be
requested to mark upon the above referenced plat in Plat Book 18, Page
24, the vacating of said easements and note reference to the proper
miscellaneous record.
Passed and approved this 10th day of Hovember, 1992.
