BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Orchard Drive West Toanhouses Home Owner's Association,
Karen A. Kildahl, Barry S. Kempfert, Marla J. Muxen, Roger B. Billings,
Camilla L. Billings, Terry A. G. Moline, Gary G. Krutz and James R.
Meerschaert, oMners of the common ares and individual plots of the
hereinafter described real property, has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the folloring described real estate situated
in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota, to wit: Plote
A, B, C, D and E, in Lots 21 and 22 and the West 18 feet of Lot 23 all
in Block 12 of East Medary Addition to the City of Brookinge,
Brookinge County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of
said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and
survey, have been executed according to laN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 17th day of November, 1992.
