BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves an Operating Liquor Management
Agreement bet�een the City of Brookings and Casper's Enterpises Inc. ,
for the purpose of a liquor manager to operate the on-sale
establiehment or business for and on behalf of the City of Brookings
at 420 Main Avenue also knoMn as Casper's Cafe.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, Mhich shall be for a period of
f ive (5) years.
Passed and approved this 17th day of November, 1992.
