RESOLUTION FIXIAG TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING UPON
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ALLEY ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 1992-10STA

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as follows:
1. The assessment roll for Street Assessment Pro�ect No.
1992-10STA having been filed in the office of the City Finance Officer
on the 18th day of November, 1992, the Board of Commissionere ehall
meet in the Commiesion Chambere, City Nall, in said City on Tuesday,
the 8th day of December, 1992, at 2:00 0'clock P. M. , the said date
' being not less than tpenty (20) days from the filing of said
assessment roll for hearing thereon.
2. The City Finance Officer is suthorized and directed to
prepare a notice describing, in general terms, Alley Assessment
Project No. 1992-10STA, the date of filing the aesesement roll, the
time and place of hearing thereon, stating that the assessment roll
�rill be open for public inepection at the office of the City Finance
Officer and referring to the assesement roll for further particulars.
3. The City Finance Officer ie further authorized and directed
to publish said notice in the official newspaper one ( 1) Meek prior to
the date set for hearing and to mail a copy thereof, by first class
mail addressed to the owner or oMners of any property to be aseeseed
at his, her or their laet mailing addrese as shoMn by the records of
the Assessor at least one ( 1 ) Meek prior to the date set for said
hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEH that the assessment roll for Alley
Assessment Project Ho. 1992-10STA of the City of Brookings was filed
in my office on the 18th day of November, 1992, and is there open for
public inspection. The Board of Commissioners of said City aill meet
in the Commission Chambers, City Hall in eaid City on Tuesday, the 8th
day of December, 1992, at 2:00 o'clock P. M. , for hearing on said
assessment roll and any ob�ectione thereto.
