A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGN A JOIHT POWERS
AGREEMEHT WITH THE COUHTY OF KINGSBURY TO PREPARE A SOLID WASTE PLAN
� WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act requires
a Solid Waste Evaluation Plan to be submitted by January 1, 1993;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to
sign a �oint poaers agreement aith the County of Kingsbury to prepare
a Solid Waste Evaluation plan for all or part of Kingsbury County.
Passed and approved this 8th day of December, 1992.
