A RESOLUTION AUTHORI2ING THE MAYOR TO SIGH AH AGREEHEHT WITH THE
COUNTY OF KINGSBURY TO DESIGNATE THE BROOKINGS LANDF'ILL AS THE
REGIONAL LANDFILL
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act
encourages a regional approach to solid paste management;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign an agreement Nith the County of Kingebury designating the
Brookings Landfill as the Regional Landfill for all or part of
Kingsbury County.
