A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGH AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUHTY OF DEUEL TO DESIGNATE THE BROOKINGS LANDFILL AS THE REGIONAL
LAHDFILL
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act
encouragee a regional approsch to solid raste management;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign an agreement pith the County of Deuel designating the 8rookings
Landfill as the Regional Landfill for all or pert of Deuel County.
Pasaed and approved this 8th day of December, 1992.
