A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A JOIHT POWERS
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF DEUEL TO PREPARE A SOLID WASTE PLAN
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act requires
a Solid Waste Evaluation Plan to be submitted by January 1, 1993;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to
sign a �oint poMere agreement rith the County of Deuel to prepare a
Solid Waete Evalustion plan for all or part of Deuel County.
Passed and approved this 8th day of December, 1992.
