RESOLUTIOH APPROVING THE CONVERSIOH OF COUHTRYSIDE APARTMEHTS TO
LOW IHCOME HOUSIHG
WHEREAS, there is a shortage of affordable dwelling
accommodations for lor income residents of the City of Brookings as
confirmed by the market study dated October 1992;
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Brookings concurs
with the results of the above referenced market study;
HOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Commission certifies
the need to make additional units affordable for loM income femiliee
and hereby approved the conversion of Countryside apartments located
on Horth Twenty-second Avenue in Brookings to low income housing.
Passed and approved this 8th day of December, 1992.
