A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMEHT WITH THE
COUNTY OF MOODY TO DESIGNATE THE BROOKINGS LANDFILL AS THE REGIONAL
LAHDFILL
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act
encourages a regional approach to solid wa�te management;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign an agreement rith the County of Moody designating the Brookings
Landfill as the Regional Landfill for all or part of Moody County.
Passed and approved thie 8th day of December, 1992.
