A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGN A JOINT POWERS
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF MOODY TO PREPARE A SOLID WASTE PLAH
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act requires
� a Solid Waste Evaluation Plan to be Bubmitted by January 1, 1993;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to
sign a �oint poMers agreement vith the County of Moody to prepare a
Solid Waete Evaluation plan for all or part of Moody County.
Passed and approved this 8th day of December, 1992.
