AUTHORIZIHG TO TRADE IH SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City of Brookings, is the oaner of the following
property:
1-M & B Striper (Street)
1-Bomag Recycler (Street)
3-1990 Chevrolet Caprice (Police)
1-Xerox 1025 Copier(Police)
WHEREAS, the above property is no longer neceseary, useful or
suitable for City purposes, and it is the desire of the City of
Brookings to trade in the surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplus
property to be traded in on replacement items.
