A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGH AH AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUHTY OF HAMLIH TO DESIGNATE THE BROOKINGS LAHDFILL AS THE REGIOHAL
LANDFILL
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act
encourages a regional approach to solid Maste management;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to
sign an agreement pith the County of Hamlin designating the Brookings
Landfill as the Regional Lendfill for all or part of Hamlin County.
