A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGH A JOIHT POWERS
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF HAMLIH TO PREPARE A SOLID WASTE PLAH
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Projection Act requires
a Solid Waste Evaluation Plan to be submitted by January 1, 1993;
THEKEFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign a �oint powers agreement with the County of Hamlin to prepare a
Solid Waste Evaluation plan for all or part of Hamlin County.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of December, 1992.
