RESOLUTIOH H0. 114-92
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Paul E. Moriarty, o�rner and developer, has submitted to
the governing board a proposed plat of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 and
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3 of Moriarty Fourth Addition to the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said
City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and epecial assessments, if any, upon said plat and
eurvey, have been executed according to laN. We hereby vacate and set
aside the platting of permanent easement Lot P1 of the W1/2 NE1/4
Section 36-T110H-R50W se filed on June 11, 1976 in Book of Plats 11
page 62.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet seid plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of December, 1992.
