RESOLUTIOH LEVYING ASSESSMENT FOR
ALLEY ASSESSMENT PROJECT N0. 92-10STA

BE IT RESOLVED by the Bosrd of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as follo�s:
1. The Board of Commiseioners has made all investigation rhich
it deeme neceseary and has found and determined that the amount Mhich
each lot or tract will be benefited by the construction of the alley
improvement heretofore designated as Alley Assessment Pro�ect Ho.
92-10STA is the amount stated in the proposed assessment roll.
2. The assessment roll for Alley Assessment Pro�ect No. 92-10STA
is hereby approved and the assessments thereby specified are levied
against each and every lot, piece or parcel of land thereby described.
3. Such assessments, unless paid within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the assessment roll in the office of the City Finance
Officer, ehall be collected by the City Finance Officer in accordance
With the procedure for Plan One in Sections 9-43-42 to 9-43-51, South
Dakota Compiled Laws of 1967, as amended.
