BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the folloMing change
order be allored for the Street Assessment Pro�ect 92-08STA.
Construction Chanae Order Number 1
Compensate contractor for moving, stockpiling, and moving again
excavated material. This was not contemplated in the plans and
specifications but Nas required due to City application for a 404
permit due to Wetlande Regulations.
