BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, William P. LaBelle, owner and developer, has submitted
to the governing board a proposed plat of Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of
Nicole Meadoas Addition to the City of Brookinge, South Dakota, and
the Board of City Commissionere of said City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and epecial
assessments, if any, upon said plat and eurvey, have been executed
according to law.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 19th day of January, 1993.
