HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 08-1993 RESOLUTION N0. 08-93 AMENDING PERSONHEL POLICY WHEREAS a comprehensive personnel policy governing the managerial organizational and operational affairs of the City of Brookings employees has been adopted by the Brookings City Commission. WHEREAS the commission finds that amendments to certain policies as set forth in said statement should be made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Brookings City Commission that the personnel policy be amended ae follows: Article VII Wage and Salary Administration Section C Specific Wage Policies 5. Overtime and Shift Differential Full-time employees Norking between 6:00 P. M. and 6:00 A. M. shall be paid an additional thirty cents (9. 30) per hour for time aorked between those hours. Employees working from 6:00 P. M. Friday until 6:00 A. M. Monday and daytime hours on holidays shall receive thirty cents (8. 30) per hour additional.
