BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Edward Telkamp and Verna Clark, Trustees of the Telkamp
Family Trust, oNners, have submitted to the governing bosrd a proposed
plat of Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Nicole MeadoMs Addition to the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, and the Bosrd of City Commissioners of said
City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and
survey, have been executed according to law.
WHEREAS, this resolution supersedes and sets aside Resolution
04-93, dated January 19, 1993. The Finance Officer ie directed to
mark said information upon Resolution 04-93 and to refer to this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 16th day of February, 1993.
