BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commis8ion of the City of Brookinga,
to hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment
Agreement for State Aid Construction Pro�ect P3317( 1 ) in Brookings,
South Dakota. This pro�ect is the reconstruction of Third Avenue from
Sixth Street to Third Street.
