DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is the orner of the folloring
described property:
2 - 199� Chevrolet four-door sutomobilee

WHEREAS, this property is no longer necessary or useful for City
purposes, and it is the deeire of the City of Brookings to eell same
as surplus property;
NOW, THERERORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplus
property according to SDCL Chapter 6-13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the folloring named persons are
hereby appointed as appraiaers of the hereinbefore described property,
said persons being freeholdera rithin the Municipality to pit:
Brad Dumdie - Paula Motors
Gerry Hoffelt - Einsphar Ford
Michael J. Oster
Passed and approved this 16th day of March, 1993.
